1. The Product Definition
Quiz Service is an informative and educational web based service that Ethio Telecom customers can enjoy.
Interested users who are subscribed to the Quiz Service must select must select the correct response and send the corresponding letter a, b or the options verbatim.
2. Eligibility
The PROGRAMME will be open to residents of Ethiopia that are subscribers of Ethiopian Telecom, (both prepaid or postpaid), who are over 18 years old. The person that owns the SIM card or has express authorization from the SIM card’s owner to use it is considered the PARTICIPANT, regardless of the actual user of the phone.

The product is designed to suit the local market requirements.
5. Pricing / Billing Model
The Quiz portal will offer the program on subscription basis and User will be charged daily at ETB 2/DAY inclusive of all taxes.
6. Abuse and disqualification
The ORGANIZERs may refuse subscribers to participate if any irregularities or fraudulent activities are detected.
8. Organizer’s responsibilities
The ORGANIZERs cannot be held responsible for any delay or impossibility of sending, receiving and/or billing SMS messages because of a technical problem. All the SMS messages will be considered received by the ORGANIZERs when they are registered in the PROGRAMME’s IT system and not when they are sent by the PARTICIPANT. All the SMS messages will be considered received by the PARTICIPANT at the moment they were sent from the PROGRAMME’s IT system. PARTICIPANTS recognize and accept that the journal of the informatics system of the PROGRAMME’s IT System is the proof of the date, hour, minute and second of their receiving/sending each SMS message.
9. Personal Data Protection

By participating in the PROGRAMME, the PARTICIPANTS expressly agree that personal data which they supply shall be processed by the ORGANIZERs for the purposes of executing the PROGRAMME and also for the purpose of publicizing the PROGRAMME and the ORGANIZERs.
10. Governing Law & Amendments

This PROGRAMME will be organized under and governed by the laws and statutes of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.

These Terms & Conditions are valid during the PROGRAMME PERIOD until amended or suspended by the ORGANIZERs.
11. Subscription
Etho Telecom User can subscribe to service by sending “OK” to the PROGRAMME’s short code 7671.
12. Unsubscription
Subscriber can terminate their subscription by sending “STOP” to the PROGRAMME’s short code 7671.

የጥያቄ አገልግሎት ኢትዮ ቴሌኮም ደንበኞች ሊደሰቱበት የሚችል የመረጃ እና ትምህርታዊ ድር ላይ የተመሠረተ አገልግሎት ነው ፡፡
ለጥያቄው አገልግሎት የተመዘገቡ ፍላጎት ያላቸው ተጠቃሚዎች ትክክለኛውን ምረጡ መምረጥ እና ተጓዳኝ ፊደል a, b ወይም የአማራጭ ነጥቦችን መላክ አለባቸው።
2. ብቁነት
ፕሮግራሙ ዕድሜያቸው ከ 18 ዓመት በላይ ለሆኑ የኢትዮ ቴሌኮም (ለሁለቱም ቅድመ ክፍያ ወይም ለድህረ ክፍያ) ደንበኞች ለሆኑት የኢትዮጵያውያን ክፍት ነው ፡፡ ምንም እንኳን የስልኩ ተጠቃሚው ምንም ይሁን ምን ፣ የሲም ካርዱ ባለቤት የሆነ ወይም ከሲም ካርዱ ባለቤት ፈቃድ የተሰጠው ሰው እንደ PARTICIPANT ይቆጠርለታል።
3. የምርት ባህሪዎች
የሞባይል ደንበኞች ተጠቃሚዎችን targetingላማ ያደረገ የመጀመሪያው አገልግሎት ፡፡
እሱ በ WAP ላይ የተመሠረተ የደንበኝነት ምዝገባ አገልግሎት ነው።
አነስተኛ ዋጋዎች ለአገልግሎት ኪሱ ተስማሚ ያደርጉታል።
የተሳታፊዎችን ፍላጎት ለመንከባከብ በበሩ ላይ ብዙ ጥያቄዎች ፡፡
የተለያዩ ዓይነቶች ጣዕም ላላቸው ሰዎች ለማስተናገድ የተለያዩ ምድቦች ፡፡
ምርቱ ማንኛውንም የውሂብ ኤፒኤን ለሚጠቀሙ ሰዎች ይሠራል ፡፡
4. አካባቢያዊነት
ምርቱ የአከባቢውን የገቢያ ፍላጎቶች እንዲስማማ ተደርጎ የተሰራ ነው።
5. የዋጋ አወጣጥ / የክፍያ መጠየቂያ ሞዴል
የ “Quiz Portal” ፕሮግራሙን በምዝገባ መሠረት ያቀርባል እና ተጠቃሚው ለሁሉም ግብሮች በጠቅላላ በ ETB 2 / DAY በየቀኑ እንዲከፍል ይደረጋል።
6. አላግባብ መጠቀም እና ብቁ አለመሆን
ድርጅቶቹ ማንኛውንም ማጭበርበሮች ወይም የማጭበርበር ድርጊቶች ከተገኙ ለሽልማት ሽልማት ለመስጠት ፈቃደኛ አይሆኑም ፡፡
8. የዝግጅት ኃላፊነቶች
በቴክኒካዊ ችግር ምክንያት ኤስኤምኤስ መልዕክቶችን ለመላክ ፣ ለመቀበል እና / ወይም ለሂሳብ ደረሰኝ በማዘግየት ለሠራተኞቹ በማንኛውም ኃላፊነት ሊወሰድ አይችልም ፡፡ ሁሉም የኤስ.ኤም.ኤስ. መልእክቶች በ ORGANIZERs በ PROGRAMME የአይቲ ስርዓት ሲመዘገቡ እና በ PARTICIPANT በተላኩበት ጊዜ እንዳልሆኑ ይቆጠራሉ። ሁሉም የኤስ.ኤም.ኤስ. መልእክቶች ከ PROGRAMME IT ስርዓት በተላኩበት ጊዜ በ PARTICIPANT እንደደረሰ ይቀበላሉ ፡፡ PARTICIPANTS የ PROGRAMME IT ስርዓት የመረጃ ስርዓት ስርዓት መጽሔት እያንዳንዱን የኤስኤምኤስ መልእክት በመቀበል / በመላክ ቀን ፣ ሰዓት ፣ ደቂቃ እና ሰከንዶች ማረጋገጫ መሆኑን ይገነዘባሉ እንዲሁም ይቀበላሉ ፡፡
9. የግል መረጃ ጥበቃ
በፕሮግራሙ ውስጥ በመሳተፍ ፣ የ PARTICIPANTS የሚሰጡት የግል መረጃ በፕሮግራሙ ለማስፈፀም ዓላማዎች እንዲሁም ለፕሮግራሙ እና ለኦርኬስትራ ማስታወቂያ ለማሰራጨት ዓላማው በኦርጂነሮች ሊከናወን እንደሚችል በግልፅ ይስማማሉ ፡፡
10. የአስተዳደር ሕግ እና ማሻሻያዎች
ይህ መርሃግብር በኢትዮጵያ ፌዴራላዊ ዴሞክራሲያዊ ሪ theብሊክ ህጎች እና ህጎች ስር የተደራጀ እና የሚተዳደር ነው ፡፡
እነዚህ ውሎች እና ስምምነቶች በኦርጋኒክ ባለሥልጣኖች እስኪያሻሽሉ ወይም እስኪታገዱ ድረስ በፕሮግራም ጊዜ ተቀባይነት አላቸው።
11. ምዝገባ
የ Etho ቴሌኮም ተጠቃሚ “ለ” PROGRAMME አጭር ኮድ 7671 “እሺ” በመላክ ለአገልግሎቱ መመዝገብ ይችላል ፡፡
12. ከደንበኝነት ምዝገባ ምዝገባ
የተመዝጋቢ ተመዝጋቢ ለ “PROPRAMME አጭር ኮድ 7671” በመላክ የደንበኝነት ምዝገባቸውን ሊያቋርጥ ይችላል፡፡
