These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the NureMath (AI Powered Chatbot & Math App) (also referred as “service”), including our mobile app (bit.li/NureMath), SMS, APIs, notifications, applications, buttons, widgets, ads, and commerce services and any information, text, graphics, photos or other materials uploaded, downloaded or appearing on the service.
By using this service, you are agreeing to these terms. Please read them carefully:
1. By subscribing to the service, you are accepting all Terms & Conditions of the service.
2. Data charges would apply for browsing and playing games on Gaming portal.
3. To subscribe to this service, you must be more than 18 years old or have received permission from your parents or person who is authorized to pay the subscription and data charges incurred on your mobile airtime or monthly postpaid bill.
4. Your subscription (3 Birr/Daily) would be automatically renewed until you unsubscribe. Your subscription charges will be deducted from your mobile airtime or added to your postpaid mobile bill.
5. AI algorithm and categories available on this app can be added, modified or removed without any prior information to the users.
6. Using our services does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our services or the content you access. You may not use content from our services unless you obtain permission from its owner or are otherwise permitted by law. These terms do not grant you the right to use any branding or logos used in our services.
7. We may modify these terms or any additional terms, to reflect changes in the law or in our services offered. You should look at the terms regularly. We will post notice of modifications to these terms on this page. We will post notice of modified additional terms in the applicable Service.

2. የጨዋታ ክፍያዎች በጨዋታ ማጫዎቻ ላይ ለማሰስ እና ለመጫወት ይተገበራሉ ፡፡
3. ለዚህ አገልግሎት ለመመዝገብ ከ 18 ዓመት በላይ መሆን አለብዎት ወይም በሞባይልዎ የአየር ሰዓት ወይም በወር ድህረ ክፍያ የክፍያ ሂሳብ ላይ የወጡትን የደንበኝነት ምዝገባዎች እና የውሂብ ክፍያዎች እንዲከፍሉ ስልጣን የተሰጠው ወላጅ ወይም ሰው ፈቃድ ማግኘት አለብዎት ፡፡
4. ከደንበኝነት ምዝገባዎ እስኪወጡ ድረስ ምዝገባዎ (3 ብር / ዕለታዊ) በራስ-ሰር ይታደሳል ፡፡ የደንበኝነት ምዝገባ ክፍያዎ ከሞባይልዎ የአየር ሰዓት ላይ ይወገዳል ወይም በድህረ ክፍያ ሂሳብዎ ላይ ይታከላል።
5. በዚህ በር ላይ የሚገኙት የጨዋታዎች እና የጨዋታ ምድቦች ለተጠቃሚዎች ያለ አንዳች ቅድመ መረጃ ሊታከሉ ፣ ሊቀየሩ ወይም ሊወገዱ ይችላሉ።
6. አገልግሎቶቻችንን መጠቀም በአገልግሎታችን ውስጥ የማንኛውም የአዕምሯዊ ንብረት መብቶች ባለቤትነት አይሰጥዎትም ወይም ያገኙት ይዘት። ከባለቤቱ ፈቃድ ካላገኙ ወይም በሕግ ካልተፈቀደ በቀር በአገልግሎታችን ይዘት መጠቀም አይችሉም። እነዚህ ውሎች በአገልግሎታችን ውስጥ ያገለገሉ ማናቸውንም የንግድ ምልክቶች ወይም አርማዎች የመጠቀም መብት አይሰጡዎትም ፡፡
7. በሕጉ ወይም በተሰጡን አገልግሎታችን ውስጥ ለውጦች እንዲያንጸባርቁ እነዚህን ውሎች ወይም ማናቸውም ተጨማሪ ውሎችን ልንለውጥ እንችላለን ፡፡ ደንቦቹን በየጊዜው ማየት አለብዎት። በእነዚህ ውሎች ላይ የተደረጉ ማሻሻያዎች ማስታወቂያ በዚህ ገጽ ላይ እንለጥፋለን። የተሻሻሉ ተጨማሪ ደንቦችን በሚመለከተው አገልግሎት ውስጥ እንለጥፋለን።
